Sleeved after 60??? Anyone

I was 60 last year when I was sleeved.  I lost 100 lbs in 11 months (been maintaining for a few weeks now).  Everything went very smoothly - no nausea, I have never vomited, no complications other than worsening stomach acid.  I had reflux before surgery and read that surgery can improve, make worse or have no effect.  I think it made my acid worse, I've gone through about 5 PPIs and am now on Protonix which seems to be working well for me so far.  I feel like my age didn't affect my recovery, although I still do love my naps.  I took them before surgery and still do.

Would I do it all over again - in a hot minute.  My feet and knees no longer hurt (passed the Costco test several months ago, LOL!), and I feel great.

She is healthy in all ways except her weight...she wants to lose about 80 pounds

I love this surgery and what it has done for me..

She would be self pay so, she would be going to Mexico like i did...
