6 mo out and I have having a problem...any one else go through this....

Ok So I am 6 mo post op. Everything so far has been great. I been on nexium ever since surgery. Just the last few days (maybe 4 days now ) I have been constantly belching...After I eat, drink, if I dont eat or drink, My stomach could be empty or full. I can burp allday if I really wanted to. This just started and Im scared as to why this is happening now !! In the beginnning I had it but that is normal part of post op right after surgery. It went away for a few months and now Im just at witt's end on this. Im waiting for my surgeon to call me back but has anyone else experienced this ? Its not just when I eat or drink its all day long no matter what.. HELP PLEASE... anyone ? Thanks !

It could be your gallbladder that happend to me right before I had it removed..  Good luck!

I went through a horrible burping stage.  It was all the time for awhile.  I only get it now when I'm full.

 I am also 6 months post op and started burping about a month to 6 weeks ago.  Had blood work done about 2 weeks ago and everything including my gallbladder is fine, doctor says maybe I'm eating too fast.  If you are really concerned about it, call your doctor and have him decide what he wants to do.  

I'm only 3 months out and also have the belching and hiccups during and after I eat or drink. My doctor said it will pass. So we'll see.
