Almost 7 mo Out (first before/after pix)

Here I am miserable [Before]. In this picture from Januray of this year, I'm 41, 5'5", 228 lbs, size 28/4X.  I have never been married and have never been asked on a date, been bought a drink or been asked for my phone number in my whole life. I haven't had a boyfriend since I was 21. I have been celebate almost ten years which I think is due to my looks.



Here I am at a few days short of 7 months - this photo was taken last week at 146.1 lbs, size 10. A bit happier..not skinny but working on it. Have my plastics consult this Monday. I am still single/celebate and have still never been asked on a datem been bought a drink or asked for my phone number but I imagine that might change some day.



If you aren't sure if VSG is the answer, I can tell you as a self-pay patient that it was the best thing I ever did. I wish I'd done it when I was 21. I can tell you my youth would have been less lonely guaranteed.
