So this tuesday will be 3 weeks since i've been sleeved and i've hit a wall, i haven't lost anything in 4 days. I've been reading that many people hit a wall at 3 weeks so i'm not so concerned....yet! I am a little weirded out that i'm almost always thirsty now. Luckily all i want is water which is so yummi  now. What concerns me is will drinking so much water, (80 to 100 oz per day) stretch my pouch? Any info on the thirst and kicking the WEIGHTLOSS STALL IS APPRECIATED!!

Liquids can not stretch your sleeve.

You have not stalled yet, trust me. There will be days with no loss, however you'll probably be losing inches. Wait til it's 6 weeks or more then it will be a stall.

You don't have a pouch. And water won't stretch your stomach.

Don't worry, the pounds will start coming off again!

I know your pain. I have hit the stall as well. I am 4 weeks out and havne't lost in almost 2 weeks. I hear it's just something you have to wait out. I have tried changing things up to see if that helps. Just make sure your protein is up and your carbs are low. My doc wants me at 85-100 grams protein and under 40 carbs. Not sure why your thirsty all the time.....your not diabetic are u?

Its normal to be thirsty.  Make sure whatever stage of food intake you are in that you are not consuming foods that have a lot of sodium.  As long as you sip your water you should be ok.  Try placing ice chips in your mouth that should help.  I have gone through this two times, first with the band and now with the sleeve and I was so freaken thirsty it was unbelieveable.  I have even met people that have cried because they were so thirsty.  You may also notice that you will probably not be passing too much urine.  That happened to me too.  Just continue to keep hydrated by sipping all day if possible, do not gulp water in.
