Vitamin levels TOO high?!?!?

So I saw the surgeon yesterday for my 10-month post-op check up.  He checked my lab results, and everything looks great except my Vitatmin B-6, B-12 and D levels are too high!  He said that it's very unusual to be too high, so I must be getting more of those vitamins in the foods I'm eating.  I take the Celebrate multi-vitamin (capsules) and Citracal Petites with Vitamin D.  I'm supposed to take 3 of the Celebrate capsules a day, but he has recommended I cut that down to two a day.

Yeah, that is unusual...many people are deficient in Vitamin D (especially in northern climates), and that's just regular people, not just surgery related....B12 is supposed to be harder for us now post-op, which is why most surgeons recommend a supplement...

Well, good thing for our regular lab work, anyway to catch these things....
