B12- how much do you take?
2500mcg daily for the first 18 months. Labs came back with high normal levels, cut back to 3-4 times a week within 2 months my levels back down to normal ranges. Now in pregnancy, I have to do daily dosing again.

I take 6000mcg every other day.
My levels were super low pre-surgery due to another med I take and daily dosing of 6000mcg from surgery to 3 months raised my levels to much more normal (~1000). I'm gonna try to keep it there with the every other day dosing, but I'll see what 1 yr bloodwork reveals and adjust accordingly.

I've been taking 2500mcg daily, but my labs a few weeks ago showed my levels at >1500 with the normal range being 180-914 pg/ml. Surgeon said it was no big deal since I'd just **** it away with no negative effects, but suggested I drop back to one time per week (which was what she had originally suggested anyway).
I've been taking 500 mcg daily for a year and just had my one year labs. My B12 level was really high so I cut back to 3 times a week. Saw my surgeon today and he said it was ok to have a high level since B12 is water soluable. He said I could take 500 mcg daily or 3 times a week, which ever I felt better doing. I'm going to take 3x week and see how next years lab looks.
