OK, you know that Joseph's Lavash Bread?

Recently discovered that I freakin' LOVE IT!! I never could find it at Walmart here, like some folks can, so I ordered a couple packages from Netrition. OMG. Nirvana! No more stiff, cardboardy low-carb tortillas for this girl!

The other night, inspired by one of Frisco's food porn posts a few months ago, I took half of one and sort of crisped it up in a pan sprayed with non-stick spray. While the second half was face-down, I spread a little pizza sauce on the already toasty side, some mozzarella cheese, and 6 pieces of pepperoni (which I let get brown and crispy on either side of the lavash before putting on). OMG.... it's exactly like super-thin crust pizza. That half, cut in half, gave me two pieces which was plenty, and even my hubby thought it was great!

I'm totally looking forward to making myself a little roll-up sammich for lunch today. Actually no.... I think right this moment I'm gonna go do the pizza again LOL.... I can't recommend this stuff highly enough!

Is this available in Canada? So many wonderful foods mentioned on this site are not.
Of course only one month out, bread is not part of my immediate future, but it would be nice to think there's something down the road....

I order from this site all the time!!!...They are fast and food is always good! Also have ordered a bunch a Davinci syrups!, wraps, Atkins flour...OHHhhhh and the shirataki noodles!..

Donna yep, that's it! I'm gonna have to look a little closer around here for it. Netrition's great 'cause they offer a flat $5 shipping rate, but you kind of need a bigger order for that to make any sense. But, they have all kinds of good stuff (and you can't beat it for ordering sugar-free syrups), so if you do have a bigger order it's totally worth paying the $5 for shipping!
