First off, up your water intake and protein intake.  Then measure yourself!  Good chance you are losing inches and not pounds right now.

2nd.....don't worry!  The less you worry the less you weigh!

You might also research "glycogen and stalls vsg"... I know there's a great link out there that explains one reason we might stall.

Also, measure inches, and track everything that goes in your body (grams of protein, carbs, liquid, etc). It's a great habit to get into, and it can be a great tool to figuring out what's going on... if you can improve in an area, if you're getting everything you need, etc.

If you haven't yet, be sure you get the vitamins you need (for once your surgeon has you take them).  At the least you need...

chewable vitamin that totals 100-200% of everything... some take 2X a day
b12 (this is a MUST!)
calcium citrate (buy chewables or petites, easier to swallow). MUST be citrate, not carbonate.

Others add biotin (to help prevent hair loss) and omega-3 fatty acids.
