I have a digital WW scale and it's driving me crazy.  Today is my weigh in day so I step on and it says 330.6.  Ok so I step on again to make sure and it's 334.8.  Then again 330.6 and again 330.6 so I'm going with 330.6 but how do I know what's accurate???  Bout to pull my hair out lol.   Kerry

Take it out back and beat it with a hammer....then stop worrying about your day to day weight loss and find a place, such as a gym, with a professional type scale and weigh there weekly...will save you much stress along the weight loss journey....

my weight fluctuates daily, too. I'll weigh in the morning after I pee and before I shower and it'll say one thing, and then I'll weigh at night just before bed and it'll be 2 or 3 pounds more. I know it's probably jus****er retention because there's no way I eat enough calories in a day to gain 2 pounds! I don't eat enough calories to gain 1/2 a pound ;)

I have this scale and I really like it.  It never gives me weird results like that.  One thing, though--you can't step on it again until it completely re-sets itself.  Is yours the same way?  Are you possibly re-weighing too soon?

Mine is digital also it is an expensive scale. I always weigh right after going to the bathroom in the nude. Some times AI get diff readings I always weigh 3 times and take the 2 of 3 readings. Also if i weigh agin in an hour and have not drank or ate I will get a diff reading slightly higher.Yes it is our body regulating after you get up from resting all night.Don't let it drive you crazy. At first I was a slve to the scale at 6 months out I take it at face value I dont worry when i pause I know it is going to move.Just keep on doing what I am doing. Also I think as you move down on the scale you get more accepting of your appearance and even a little lax just stay on top of yur program all wwill come in due time.

First of all dont pull your hair out. It will fall out in no time. Mine did at about 3 to 4 months. I too have a digital scale and weigh in daily ( I know I know). I log the info into the OH thingy. So it may be flexable but yet I can see that it is always curving downward.
