l have a surgery date!!!! WOW!!!

 Oh my!  lt's actually happening!!! Oct. 5th!!!!!!!!!! All of my labs were steller.  l feel very good about this decision.  Time for the pre-op diet next week. l am going to explode!! l really can't believe that l will be a healthy weight. YAY!!! l know l sound like a geek, but l don't care!!

Congrats on your upcomming surgery! You'll do great!

 So glad to hear that!  l hope l'm as lucky as you, too.  My nut called to congratulate me and she told me that she knows l'll do well because l have my head in the game and have done extremely well with all of my legwork.  l've been cleaning up my eatting ever since l decided to do this - no nighttime snacking, no crazy foods, lots of protein drinks, journaling my food, etc.  l want to have results like you!!
