Shake up at the salad bar :)
I had a moment today at the salad bar. After years and years and years of avoiding the fatty "no-no's" and sadly loading up on veggies at the salad bar, it is sooooo nice to be able to say yes to bacon, turkey AND ham! How about chopped egg? SURE! Blue cheese crumbles? Why yes, thank you! Shredded cheese too? YEP!! Add a couple of lettuce leaves and a grape tomato and you have a wonderful "salad", perfectly friendly for WLS high protein diets!
