Not as glorious as Frisco's food but it tastes delicious!

beef tip and mushrooms.. with a side of cottage cheese and pears.. Pears are really not the best choice but I allow the occasional treat

that looks good other then the pears in the cottage cheese, I just don't like fruit in my cottage cheese

So you are like a year out and that is all you can still eat?

Crab legs sound good, I actually have a can of lobster in the freezer waiting for a time where I know I can eat it all within a few days before I open it

That is awesome to hear the restrictions are still there. Will be interesting to watch this VSG study at 10 yrs to see how people are doing.

Silly girl, peaches belong in cottage cheese.

Jackie -- I will be a yr out on the 20th of this month and that is all i could eat and may even be optimistic...   but THANK GOD.. that is why I had this surgery... trust me..  at this point that is fine with me.. at the point you are it still seemed like a big loss to me, that really passes for most people.   Good luck!    Amy

Thanks Amy I just moved to puree stage today and I couldn't believe how little I could eat when I started to get the heavy feeling inside and knew it must have been a 'getting full' signal so I stopped, it was less then half a can of tuna with a little touch of mayo on it. Tomorrow will be the first day my mom sees me since my return home from Mexico, basically down 21 lbs but I don't see it but noticed it with a pair of jeans the other night that usually dragged off of my butt but they stayed up good. I never really wore them because I didn't like them not fitting properly over my butt. I was always the type that lost it off of my face, neck and chest area first, what is going on lol.
