After Vacation NSV & Pics

Well came back from vacation last Saturday alittle apprehensive to step on the dreaded scale because I'm not sure what to expect. I seemed to be pretty good with most of the choices but did nic picked some things that I had to try of course...couple cherries...sample apples...AND couple of drinks. Food choices were alittle difficult at most places we ate at that were not the best resturants to eat (alot of fried foods) but managed. So now that I'm back home I can get back on the wagon where I know what is in my food. :-)

So...the final verdict...NO LOSS...BUT NO GAIN!!   That's fine with me!!
