How do I???

I know that this question has been asked before but I havent found a complete answer, so here goes.....I have now reached 100 lbs lost (yay me!!!) and I want a century card to add to my signature. How do I get one, personalize it, and add it to my profile/signature???  Any answers would be welcome. 

P.S. Did I say that I have now lost 100 lbs??!!!
