A FEW THINGS I'VE LOST --- NSV ---

I work out 3 to 4 days a week at Curves, a ladies circuit gym.  They take your measurments and weight every month. 

Today was 13 months since I started working out there.  The month before that was when I started my 6 month low calorie diet with my HMO. 

Ummm ~~~ I've lost 66 inches according to them !!!  (bust, waist, abdomen,hips, upper arm and thigh measurments)

I'm 5' 2" which means I'm 62 inches tall.  I've lost more inches than I am tall.   How weird is THAT concept ?

And to think I had already lost about 10 pounds before I started measurments...

There are some days....most perhaps that I still can't wrap my head around my weight loss and body changes....
