New ads

How do you make these new ads go away....they cover most of the page on my laptop and touchpad and make the site unuseable from either.....anyone know how to close them out?  To any mods reading this....pass it on that there are better ways to place advertisments than pop overs that don't check the screen resolution or type of device....

I haven't had any problems with popups...... yet.  But I have my popup blocker on because of my online classes that I take.  It pretty much blocks them all.

This is how I got them to go away and I did it by accident.  I'm on a laptop I don't have a touch pad so I can't help there.  What I did was at the bottom right there is a tab that says show for the chat I guess I clicked it to hide and the ads went away.  Hope this helps and it works for you.

If you click on the "quick ads" link in the upper left hand corner of the extremely annoying ads it will bring up a screen of info. In that screen there is a link to "opt out" click on it and follow the directions. It seems to work for me.
However, I would STRONGLY suggest that OH cancel whatever contract service it has with this company. I come to OH to learn not look at ads.

Thank god someone asked. Thought it was just me. Has been giving me the ****s!!!!!!

Yes! It's very annoying having the pop up float around on my screen and you can't minimize it. Hopefully the chat thing does the trick, but seriously!
