POUNDS STOPPED COMING OFF !!!
No worries...it's the dreaded 3-week stall. It happens to just about everyone and not just at the 3 week mark. It happens periodically. The body takes time to readjust now and then. Keep to your program and you will lose. Start checking your measurements - usually lose inches when the scale doesn't move. Hang in there! You'll be losing again in no time.
Get used to the stalls, they're going to happen. They're frustrating as hell, but it's part of the journey. It seems that now I spend more time stalled than I do losing. Most likely you're not going to keep up the seven pounds a week weight loss for very long anyway (look at my weight loss chart in my post "Changing up my exercise", it's a couple of topics above yours.) But as long as you keep doing things right, you will lose!! And I have noticed that in my stalling phases I do still lose size.
You're doing great!! Keep it up!!

Totally Normal. It's your body telling you that it needs to catch up with you ! My first stall lasted a full three weeks. But then the pounds came off again.....Now, as I am closer to my goal, I have more "stalls" than losing going on, but I'm so OK with that ! I am at a point where I am comfortable with my body, and feel good about myself....I KNOW those last few pounds will take time; and this isn't a race; it's a new way of life !!!
Im also with yah on this one.. I will be 4 weeks out this wed and have yet to lose a pound in like 5 days.. and now my monthly is popping up.. so there goes another week... ugh... It does get frustrating.. yet I keep telling myself.. It will come off.. It kinda has to.. LOL.. hang in there ur not alone.. and we will get through this
Happens to almost everyone.

You are not a machine. You are a person. Your body is much more complex than the scale. Weight loss is not going to be one steady line down. If you accept that now and commit to the work, you will have much less stress later. Everybody slows down eventually.
I won't say everyone stalls because I don't think everyone does, especially when you don't count the people who call a few days of no weightloss a stall. More people claim to stall than actually do stall. Sometimes your body just needs a few days to adjust.
