9 month post op/pic video

Hello all,
I was 9 months post op on Nov. 17, 2011. This has been an amazing journey and I am so grateful that I was given this blessing. I am 196 pounds...100 pounds since surgery...in less than 9 months. It is truly amazing!!

You should have included a *kleenex alert* as I cried through the whole video. I also started my journey at 311 (my weight when I went to see the surgeon). You have shown me what is possible is such a short amount of time. I was just sleeved on 10-24 and have such a long way to go. I have set a goal weight - but I can't even picture what I will look like at that weight. Even yet - I don't dare to imagine it, out of fear that I will never get there. Anyways - Thank you so much for sharing. Beautiful video, amazing song (one I'll have to download) now back to YouTube so I can watch all the rest of your videos.

I'll have to remember the "kleenex alert"...lol I am so glad you liked the video. It may be hard to imagine you 100+ pounds down but when you get there it will be hard to imagine yourself at 311. Stay encouraged...you will get there!

SoLess- So inspiring for me, i was recently sleeved on 11/7 and have had a couple of blue days...i actually think i am mourning food, if that is possible. I can only eat about 2 ounces of food which needs to be high in protein. I know I will get thru this...it is not so easy. I know I will come out on top of this struggle. Thanks for lifting my spirits on this beautiful Sunday. God Bless & Best of luck to you!
