Well, it's possible I may actually get my photos on here. I had my surgery August 22nd. If I have a strategy it has been getting in LOTS of protein - usually around 90 grams/day. My calories are about 700 to 1000 per day. I started working out at the gym two days ago. I have eaten a couple of cookies
