Is this normal?

Suddenly, at three weeks post op, I hate my favorite protein drink.  I would like to add banana or strwberries to it like I used to do, but I think the literature said no fresh stuff for 8 weeks.  I am finding it very hard to get in all my protein, and can only eat very little without feeling discomfort, so I am not getting in all my protein. 
Any suggestions would help.
Also, why is my ticker not showing?

Eating a whole piece of fruit right now is probably not a good idea (due to the sugar) but I don't see why you couldn't add 1/3 of a banana or 2-3 strawberries to your protein shakes. I don't do it to all my shakes, but I do so occasionally, and have since the pureed stage.
It's better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you're not.
