Well, I seem to be a stair step loser.....stable for 2-3 weeks then drop 5-6 lbs overnight.  I'm learning to adjust!   However, I did measure yesterday, I am 10 weeks post VSG and I have lost 24.5 inches off my body.  Everything is shrinking and it feels great!  Trying not to focus on the scale so much.

Getting better about getting my water in.  Hopefully that will speed things along.  I have lost 34.5 lbs in 10 weeks, so I'm pretty happy with that.  Loving my sleeve.

i like that term "stair step loser".  that's exactly what i am!  I'll be 10 weeks out tomorrow and the same thing happens where i'll drop a lot, then stay the same for a few weeks, then drop again.  so bizarre!
