Profile Problems?

Why is it when I post, my doctor's name and sleeved date does not show up? I've gone over the profile options and I don't get it. It wasn't that way before? Someone help a waffle out! I had to start all over like a dumbass.

YES! I didn't have it set as "primary" for my surgery. Hopefully that did the trick. Thank you!
