Looks great!  Is it what you were hoping for?  Would you recommend your surgeon?

The scar is so much bigger than I though. But i had to have it this way because of all my loos skin I had around my back. My surgeon pulled my fat off my back making it tighter. The scars will get lighter.

I would recommend the tummy tuck. It makes such a big difference in my cloths and to work out at the gym. It is nice to jog and not have all my folds bouncing up and down lol. I love it. I am still swollen and hurt some but it is getting so much better.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

You are healing great. You look wonderful. I am sure it was worth the pain. OMG you have a waist - isn't that great? I haven't seen a waist in years. You must feel so great about yourself!!!!!!!

Before the tuck I did not have a waist. This is another reason my surgeon did this kind of tuck. He said it will give you curves and he was right I love my waist. I am on the fence about feeling great about my self. I fight ever day to see I have changed. To see my self thinner than i was.

I wish my brain would catch up with my body but so far it has not. I find my self asking my husband if I look ok do I look fat do i look like I am 290 lbs again in cloths. Thank god he such a great support of mine and my kids help me so much to. I am getting better but still not there yet.

Oh see the dog ears on my sides. My surgeon said in a year if they are still there he will have to cut and make them flat but need to wait a year. I am find with that. With under ware on my sides you do not see them sticking out.

I had a breast reduction ten years ago (prior to gaining 90 some lbs, oops) and the incisions ended on my sides. At first, they looked just like the ends of your incisions with the dog ears - but they did eventually flatten very nicely without additional surgery. So there is hope!

Looks Great!

Can't wait to get to the point where I can actually consider plastics.

Makes a big difference in your waist. That's where my extra skin is staring to show.

Thanks for sharing.

The new avatar pic look great too.

Valerie - you look just fantastic - my stomach is kind of a horror, but I don't think I have the cajones to have surgery!  You rock!
