My goal reward - SHAMELESS photo whoring at 22 months out! (Mildly NSFW)
I don't post much recently - have been very busy with work and school, although I read posts almost daily.
My VSG was 22 months ago, and I reached my goal at about 18 months. Maintaining has been pretty easy, especially now that I have started working with a trainer again. I have been building a fair bit of muscle mass, which makes it possible for me to be a bit more indulgent with my food .
I have reduced my body fat percentage from 34% in June to 28% now - which is pretty respectable for a 46 year old woman.
As a gift to myself for reaching goal, I had a set of photos taken - nothing too raunchy, just boudoir-ish - and I LOVE them (and hope hubby will too when he gets an album this Christmas). Other than the sagginess of my ass and the extra skin around my neck, I am really thrilled with my slimmer body - and I feel really, really fantastic, with lots of energy.
