Seriously, a stall at 98lbs lost !!! Seriously!!

 How long have you been stalled?  I am at a stall too and it feels like it has been a month but it's only been a week and a half. 

I've been stalled for about 2 weeks sorry about the spelling and general lack of grammar. I used my ipad and it went auto correct crazy!

 I hear you, Sister. I'm holding steady at 96.8 myself. We'll get there!

Sometimes just saying it will help, how long have you been stalled.  I have been stalled for about 4 weeks mentioned at support group they reminded me to eat small meals several times a day.  I wasn't eating too busy and just not hungry.  Well I have finally seen a drop in the scale so all I can say is go back and do what you were doing in the beginning.  If we don't eat our bodies think we are starving it and want to hang on to what ever we put in.

 GREAT ADVICE THAT I NEED TO FOLLOW BECAUSE I AM ON PLANET STALL TOO... I've been in this stall for a few weeks and it feels like an eternity. 

That's great advice! Its true I should just go back to basics! I work retail so this holiday season has really been kicking my butt. Working mall hours with mall food has been harder than I thought it would be!
