Gallbladder removed

Hi everyone,

I had my sleeve a year ago Dec 14th and Wed I had my gallbladder removed. I am hurting like heck. I guess it is the gas, but it sure hurts. I think I am in more pain than the sleeve surgery. Anyone experience this too.? Let me know pease.

I actually had my gall bladder taken out 12/1, and I remember the second day was when my pain was the worst.  For me, however, the sleeve surgery hurt much more, but most people from what I've heard say the gall bladder surgery is worse.  I found putting an ice pack over my middle and having a heating pad on my back and shoulders helped a lot along with taking my pain medication regularly for the first few days.

I had mine taken out on 11/30.  The first 36 hours at home were hell and hurt way more than the sleeve, although I had less gas pain with the GB.  Take your pain meds on a schedule and I started to feel lots better by day 5.  Best wishes!
