I think this will be the first Christmas ever in my history where I didn't gain weight!!

Merry Christmas everyone!  I'm seven days pre-op and got the best Christmas present this morning
when I got on the scale and there was a 7lb drop!    I am cooking a big turkey dinner today and

that lost will keep me motivated to be good and only eat some turkey & broccolli for dinner.  A little

more than a week to go and my new year & new life will begin, can't wait!  I hope everyone has a

wonderful day today!
