Thanks so much frisco. I looked so bad before lol. I am so happy you are around to kick my butt from time to time when I needed it. Love your food pictures and love your support for this whole group we have here. I must say you look amazing.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

gonersmom I remember you to when you started. You look amazing to great work. I do remember when I was so scared. I remember thinking and posting I hope I had picked the right surgery for me. I did pick the right one. Thanks for all your support over the last 18 months. So many of the people I became friends with are no longer around nice to have you stay around. I will be watching you still god bless.

ednjen30 I feel better than great. I am able to run after my grandchild and catch him. All my medical problems are gone. I love working out and if I do not work out I become a crab and my family tells me to go to the gym because I am a crab lol.
