I hope not :-)  Those foods have very little nutritional value and are flat-out carbs.  We need protein.  Try greek yogurt, cottage cheese, meat-and-veg chunky soup blended to goo ....

Protein shakes, Sugar Free Kool-aid and a bunch of ice in a Magic Bullet for a nice "dessert", cottage cheese, split pea soup blended and add Unjury unflavored protein, tomato soup with unflavored protein. Lots of yummy low carb/no carb options.

Hi Shanelle , i ate what worked for me. This is the stage where your body is making a full adjustment to your new stomach. I ate grits and was fine, cream of wheat and was fine, you do have to watch the nutritional value of all things but greek yogurt was not my thing. Good luck!
