Update 4.5 mos post op...

WOW! OH, it's been a while since I've visited... just wanted to share the latest happenings... I'm loving my sleeve, and my weight loss has been amazing! the only thing I worried about was hair loss, and it happened right on time around 3 mos post-op, but there's new growth coming in and maybe this time next year I'll be looking at myself in a stable weight zone, with a full head of hair! lol!
Anyway, I reached a significant goal today and wanted to share about it! read about it on my Blog! 
ALSO, I've been training for a marathon with Team in Training! I'm reaching new heights every time I run... you can read about that HERE. This weekend I will do 10 miles! This will be the farthest run yet, and I can't wait!
