Just curious... reading comments sounds like many ppl posting have had an open incision rather than a laproscopic surgery? My understanding so far has been that this is the goal (lap)... Was that initially the plan for u guys or have I been misinformed or have there been comlications?
Thanx again to everyone here!

Most people have had the surgery laparoscopically.  But you still have incisions - usually 4-5 of them.  They're just very small and so your muscle level hasn't been totally cut open.  Much faster recovery than from a full open surgery.

OK that was my expectation. Just some ppl in another thread said incision and made it seem like they had a big incision so I just got worried! Thx for clearing it up :-)
