Hit a rough patch then a few weeks ago saw that Frisco actually eats smaller meals all day I decided to do it and drink more water. Well after that I've been dropping weight so I guess that works better for me then trying to eat just 3 meals a day and struggling.
You look amazing & so much younger!!! My surgeon's plan also has me only eating 3 meals a day with no snacks at 6 months out. It's hard because sometimes I cannot get in 600 calories that way but I'm doing my best. You look beautiful! Congratulations on your success so far!

Great job! Its always a great idea to try different things to see what works and what doesn't. Looks like you are back on track.
