Well, I have lost 13 lbs since I took a tumble down the stairs on the 9th...yay! Although my surgery has been cancelled due to this stupid herniated disc in my back, I am doing everything to eat as healthy as possible. I am eating low carb and it seems to be working better than any other time I have tried it before. (Might have something to do with not being able to drive, thus cutting out fast food...hmmm). Anyway, I tried this recipe on my pizza stone the other night and it is delicious! I added Italian seasoning to the crust....soooo good. Thought I would share! Enjoy

Sorry to hear about your back. But it soundslike good things are coming out of that misfortune. Thanks for the recipe! It sounds delicious. I am always on the lookout for low carb recipes. I will definitely give this one a try.

This looks and sounds wonderful! Can't wait to try it. I have a head of cauliflower in the fridge now...

Will have to try this next time I get out to get some pepperoni. I just make it when I have the big urge for pizza but have been making a crustless pizza which fixes me up for some time.

My daughter sent me this recipe a couple of weeks ago and I've tried it in several variations. I had some trouble with the crust sticking to my pan/stone and discovered that using the non stick foil works much better.
