So, I know the nectars r great, but came accross the matrix and wondered if anyone has tried them? Are they cheaper cuz they're nasty? LOL

Well it has slightly lower protein and slightly higher carbs than Nectar but not anything so terrible that it'd make me say no outta the box. I'd say give it a go. BTW we're neighbors, I'm in PG county.

Yeah, I saw that but it's not too bad, like u said... I just wonder about taste, but I'll probly just order it n find out when i get it :-) Thx... And it's deff. a small world, there's a bunch of ppl on here from the area! I'm in Laurel

given the higher carbs and lower protein, its probably whey concentrate and casein combo as opposed to why isolate which is more pure and contain lactose (milk sugar). but, they probably still a good protein source. not sure about taste.
