WHY GATORADE ONLY??????
I have noticed that for some reason I can only drink Gatorade I have tried water and lemon and Crystal light,Almond Milk is ok but lately it seems the only way I can get my Liquids in.I spoke to my Nut on Tuesday and she says at this point they want me to make sure I am getting it all in and if Gatorade works then go with it just try a low sugar option which I have not been able to find....Anyone know where I can find low sugar Gatorade?
I'm the same way....gatorade goes down the best....I like to take the regular gatorade and water it down, about 1/2 and 1/2, it's perfect that way for me....but I also drink it full force sometimes, since I could use the carbs and sugar due to my exercise.
I don't like the taste of the G2, but they are usually found everywhere the regular is sold.
Another way I get my fluids, hot green tea....love it....and SF tropical popsicles....
Water is still not the best for me post op....and it used to be the only thing I drank pre-op....I was a huge water drinker previously...but it somehow still doesn't sit as well as flavored drinks now....it is getting easier with time, and I can drink bigger gulps now, thankfully.

I had the same problem, My hubby does not understand why I drink so much G2, but I have tried the poweraid zero and I can't stand the taste same with the crystal lite. I have mixed MIO with water and I have been able to get atleast 8 oz that way, but I have to drink more G2 than anything, and then I find that I can only tolorate certain flavors of the G2. You can find G2 at most grocery stores, walmart, and target. Hope this helps.
