hope this posts correctly.   this is an example of my log from yesterday.
either started my first stall 2 days ago or i am doing something wrong.
what do you think?  all comments welcome.  thank you!!!

quick note... this is the first time i've had 2 cups of decaf coffee in a day. i normally only have the one in the morning and have a protein drink in water for a snack later.

nvmd... i just realized how early out u r... n so it's such a small portion... sry

anyways, maybe add another protein shake if u can?

Perhaps the "3 week stall".  I am 8 weeks out and only lost 1/2 pound last week so I started increasing my caloires and carbs.  I am still below 800 calories and 40carbs, but  am down 2 lbs since Wednesday as of  today.

maybe the 3 week stall. don't know, it's so annoying.
is more protein good or is there such a thing as too much protein??

You are really early out and this is the 3 week stall. It's normal. It can last anywhere from 1-4 weeks (most people it seems to average around 12 days from what I can see, mine I think was 17 days). It's annoying, but get used to it. There may be lots of pauses along the way. But you'll get there.

It depends on YOUR plan and YOUR surgeon.

I try to limit carbs, so I would ditch the breaded shrimp and if the cakes have breadcrumbs, I might consider ditching those too. Also, the shrimp likely are pre-fried right?

You are SO early out, whatever you eat now isn't all that important, but I would stick to boiled/grilled seafood just to make better habits later. 

Again, I'm not your doctor or nutritiionist and I don't always listen to mine, so.... LOL
