As I get closer to goal, I have to push my calories closer to 600 and my carbs closer to 20g.  I also increased my fluids to 100 oz and cut some salt out of my foods.

Have you considered going back on an all protien shake liquid diet for a few days?

Decrease carbs and up protein and exercise. That's what I tried this week and lost 3.2 pounds. Just had to go back to basics and shook things up a bit. I don't know about you, but I sometimes get into a routine where I am eating a bit more, and then if the pounds aren't coming off wondering why. Write things down, that helps too. Sometimes seeing it on paper we realize that more is going in than we thought. Just an idea. Good luck, stay on plan and it will come off.
