 As of this morning, I'm officially half of my highest weight (which was 10 days before surgery)!!!!!!!  This is my last mini goal before hitting my dream weight of 130 :)

My weightloss was really slowing down (0-1 lb a week the last 4 weeks), but things sped up this week (3 lbs down so far).  I didn't do anything different?

I'm eating 800-1200 a day, and generally work out 1-2 hours a day, 6 days a week....  I've been sick the last 10 days, so I've cut back on the gym.  It was really nice to get back to the gym yesterday and have a nice long workout :)

I still have my hunger, but manage it by eating every 3-4 hours, and eating protein first.  I have eaten off plan maybe 14 days over the past year.

I feel great, and love my sleeve:)

Nicely done and congratulations!

I too lost a few pounds when I backed off of the gym for a few days.
Someone on the exersize forum said that it's retained fluids from the workouts and I think they are right. But the fat was coming off any way.

Good for you!  Now you have me thinking what would half my highest weight be...145 which is a bit under my current goal.

Thank you for posting this!  You are an inspiration.  I like to read what kind of exercise and calorie/carb plans people do that gets them to goal!  Congratulations.
