Pre-B: protein hot chocolate; coffee w/creamer
B: 2 ww cheese wedges, 1 ww string cheese
S: raw celery & carrots with lite dill dip
L: 1 sandwich thin w/ 2 slices turkey, lettuce
S: cucumber salad, ww string cheese
D: not sure yet... might try out a new Italian place... will have lean meat and some veggies most likely
S: maybe?  nuts?  cheese?

water: 50 oz done, 30 oz to go
vites: done except calcium/D
exercise: rest day, but might walk the dogs when I get home

B:  Fage 2% Greek Yogurt
L: Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Goat Cheese & Irish Cheddar Cheese
D: Probably a repeat of Lunch
S: Fage 2% Greek Yogurt

Water - 48 oz
vites - yes - multi, calcium and B12
exercise - walked 2 miles, worked in yard, mowing, trimmng, etc. for about 1.5-2 hours

Found a new way for me to get my multivitamin in - EcoDrink Complete Multivitamin.   Too strong for one packet / bottle of water, so I split it up.    I hated (and rarely took) the large pill for multivitamins!

B: My usual: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon and 1 T. low fat cream cheese
L: 1 cooked egg white with a few chick peas (7)
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder and one sf orange pop sicle blended up...yumm
D: 2-3 oz fish, probably cod, gotta buy it first! Broiled with a little garlic powder and paprika
S: if I have one, probably a sf fudge pop

Water: half done, vitamins, ditto

 where can you find SF Fudge Pops?? I found FF which have 14 g of sugar so thats a no go, I looked on line and it said they have NO SUGAR ADDED which its 5g sugar for 2 single pop?? I have Walmart, Kroger, FoodLion, Martins near where I live???

I have no appetite today or for the past few days. 
B: 1.5 cups of soup - OK, it wasn't really breakfast, more like 11:30
L: soup again
D:  I don't know, but I have to get more calories in today and I don't have time to go shopping.  I'll think of something.

 Umm can I say that I completely forgot to eat until 5pm . .   had some rib tips, now going to have 2 protein shakes in the next 3 hours.... woops
