Thanks to NanaDebby's post last night, I made egg muffins for breakfast today!  Hubby liked them too.

Pre-workout B: 2 mini egg muffins (egg, turkey bacon, salsa, cheese & egg, sausage, salsa, cheese)
Post-workout B: apple cinnamon greek yogurt, 2 strawberries
L: 1/2 turkey brat, 10 red grapes, 1 small roasted pepper
S: either the other half turkey brat or some leftover pork country rib from yesterday
D: meatloaf, some type of veggie
S: maybe 1/2 protein bar

water: 48 oz done, 32 or more to go
vites: all but calcium done
exercise: ran 2.25 miles plus I will walk the dogs 1-2 miles later

next...

B: 2TB cottage cheese w 1TB no sugar added applesauce
S: Crystal Light w 2TB protein elixir
L: Protein shake w lactose free milk
S: 2TB Grits
D: 2-3oz split pea soup
S:  Sugar free Popsicle

I am only 6 days post-op so my variety is limited!

You are my hero! Right now posting from the middle seat on a Southwest flight, eight gruelling hours, to San Diego. THANK God for $5 internet! As for food? Too much (grazing out of boredom) but not badd choices, mostly meats, cheeses and egg so i shouldn't be too bad off. Packed my running clothes and got in 2.5 miles before the flight, mini victories...so far. Cheers, Donna

What takes you to San Diego (one of my favorite places by the way)?

I forgot to tell you that my 8's are clearly too big now, even though I haven't lost any more weight.  The inches are still dropping.  Guess I need to change my siggy to leave off the 8.  Good problems to have!

Thats what happened to me when I went from a 6 to a 2-4. Really only lost like 5 lbs but it made a huge difference in inches.

Actually flew into San Diego but have to go to TJ for some stuff.

Glad you liked them!! I had mine with a heaping tablespoon of plain greek yogurt and chunky salsa this morning. YUMMY!! :)

I put some pico de gallo right inside them before I even baked them, plus the cheese I used was taco cheese.  YUM!

meds: all done
