Whatcha eatin' today VSGers? Sunday
Thanks to NanaDebby's post last night, I made egg muffins for breakfast today! Hubby liked them too.
Pre-workout B: 2 mini egg muffins (egg, turkey bacon, salsa, cheese & egg, sausage, salsa, cheese)
Post-workout B: apple cinnamon greek yogurt, 2 strawberries
L: 1/2 turkey brat, 10 red grapes, 1 small roasted pepper
S: either the other half turkey brat or some leftover pork country rib from yesterday
D: meatloaf, some type of veggie
S: maybe 1/2 protein bar
water: 48 oz done, 32 or more to go
vites: all but calcium done
exercise: ran 2.25 miles plus I will walk the dogs 1-2 miles later

Right now posting from the middle seat on a Southwest flight, eight gruelling hours, to San Diego.

As for food? Too much (grazing out of boredom) but not badd choices, mostly meats, cheeses and egg so i shouldn't be too bad off.
Packed my running clothes and got in 2.5 miles before the flight, mini victories...so far.

I forgot to tell you that my 8's are clearly too big now, even though I haven't lost any more weight. The inches are still dropping. Guess I need to change my siggy to leave off the 8. Good problems to have!

Tomorrow is my 2 wk. post-op and feeling much better!! I still need to find ways to get more protein in, but working on it.
