I'm refusing to workout...humph!

Even before my surgery I loved to be active and would start walking with anyone that asked me!! NOW? Not happenin'! What's going on - my surgeon's office says I am depressed and I need to force myself out there but I am throwing a fit and pouting - lol!! It's like I know I need to and I want to because of that, then I think, oh the weather sucks today, or oh it made me really tired last time...excuses! But it really is keeping me from getting out there! I am going to try again today - I am dressed for it but I don't wanna go.......

Oh and did I mention I have a cold too! *pout*

the first step is always the hardest.....just look at your kids and tell yourself....I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

Aww...that's so sweet!! I wish you did too - I think that's partly the problem - don't have anyone to go with or keep me accountable! Thank God for OH :)

Whoa!  I have to tell you that this just motivated me to go downstairs to the gym!! Right now, just this moment I decided.  I wasn't going to since I just found out I have to have surgery to remove a stinking rotten kidney stone and I felt like feeling sorry for myself and jumping in the bed to read the latest Sookie Stackhouse novel.....well I'll probably still do that once I come back up from the gym but you get my meaning.  THANKS for the motivation - seriously.  I hope you change your mind too!  Come on - ya know you want to just get it over with....come on. Let's go ok?

Good luck with your surgery. Try not to feel down, but relieved that the thing is finally going to be gone!!  Keep us informed.

Aww...I am sorry you have to have surgery!! But I am glad I motivated you out of my pitty party! lol! Did you get to the gym? I did go around the lake 2 times, about 40 minutes :) yay!!
