S: 2 oz cheese, more cream cheese
D: grilled salmon, broccoli
S: not sure yet
water: behind! this is unlike me!
vites: all but calcium
exercise: walked a few miles today
I had far too much cheese today. Need to adjust that back!

L: grilled chicken salad (chicken breast, a few olives, some tomatoes and green peppers)
S: nonfat latte
S: laughing cow wedge on Scandinavian crispbread
D: Chicken, guac and salsa
S: Greek yogurt
Water: doing pretty good
vites: done
exercise: cardio tonight

Will probably do spin and run. If I make it - this low cal/low carb thing doesnt really go well with intense exercise.

Had to reply because I was so dang excited! I went to the doc today and he thought the shakes were making my IBS flare up, so he gave me a new med and told me to move to stage 3. Eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. So tonight for supper (30 min after I took the miracle med) I had:
1 scrambled egg, finely chopped, cause I am a chicken...lol.
1/4 c. Low-fat cottage cheese
I didn't quite eat all of it, but stopped when I felt full. Planned on trying my first ever Greek yogurt, but not sure I can eat again.
On track for water...vitamins done, walked per exercise program. you have no idea how happy I was to not be sick after eating!

Lunch with hubby at Panera Bread
Chopped chicken cob salad - no cheese, no dressing - baguette
Dinner - very late with the roller derby peeps after pratice at TGI Fridays
1/2 order mozz sticks, 1/2 california club on cibatta, sweet potatoe fries (not the whole order), martini sampler
I also managed to snack on peanut M&Ms, 2 protiwafers and an Ostrim turkey snack.
I just finished calculating the totals and I'm not happy with myself but I knew it was going to be a bad day. today has been much better.
