Don't worry too much about trying to learn to like things because your tastes will likely change post op. If you really don't like Greek yogurt there are plenty of other protein choices, think meat cheese and eggs. Early post op my nutritionist suggested adding powdered milk to liquids like creamed soups to up the protein content. I also ate lots of sugar free puddings(I have a sweet tooth) with extra milk powder it becomes good protein too. Think creatively and worry more about liquids early out.
