I havent been on in quite a while, life has been so amazing since I had my surgery, I am finally able to be just me, if you are considering the sleeve I would highly reccomend it, everyone is so suprised when I tell them I had weight loss surgery, it isnt the same as gastric, I dont even have to take vitamins anymore, I have lost the weight evenly as if I did it on my own. I look and feel great, no bragging, just the facts. Check out my updated photos. I pretty much ate sugar and anything I wanted to whole time, my goal was 119 and I stayed the last year between 112-115, I cut out sugar and carffeine in Feb and now teeter between 107-105. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat. Good luck to you all.

only 5 foot, yeah 105 sounds bad but its fine especially since I have no hips or butt where most women would have a little extra weight in those areas I dont at all. if I gain weight it is all in the gut

Yeah I eat what I want, the sleeve will let you know what you should eat LOL I stay away from things that make me sick most of the time but the only thing Ive cut out is the sugar but I still eat it from time to time. The amout of food varies, very early I can eat maybe 1/4 of a bagel but then at night I can almost eat a whole plate of food. its generally 3/4 of a cup of food. I still try to not eat and drink at the same time. I don****ch I know but the sleeve has taught me to relax and not worry about my food, if I know something isnt good or will make me sick I stay away, if I really want it then I just take a bite. But I can pretty much eat anything.

Congrats! It will go fast, take lots of pictures and measurements, I was at goal I believe by 7 months out. Do what you are told right now, I know it seems like you have lost your best friend/coping skill maybe but you will have plenty of time to eat whatever you want and still look amazing. Right now is the hardest but it will pass soon enough.

What one or two things do you think you did that were the most helpful to get to your goal? Im 5 foot tall and almost 10 months out. I need to lose another 15-20 pounds to have a normal BMI. Im at 136 and cannot seem to move the scale. Still under 800 calories a day.
