Was it all a dream? Was the last 20 years of my life some sort of surreal trip in which I existed in a state of being outside of what "normal" people experience?

In one year, I've gone from a 4XL shirt to an XL. I've gone from size 52 pants to size 36 pants. When I look at these pictures, I can't even believe it, and words often fail me. This works, people. For anyone who's considering this. I'm the laziest, most stubborn person out there. If I can do it, imagine what you can do.
