To Whomever it was who mentioned flavoring greek yogurt with the Mio syrups--
You have saved my breakfast, and are now my new BFF.
I'm enjoying my yogurt this morning with Strawberry Watermelon flavor...delicious! I just couldn't take the thought of another day of cinnamon-y, spice-type yogurt, and then I remembered your idea. I just wish I could remember who you are...

I haven't tried adding it to greek yogurt. I was thinking about it. But then...
I have to tell you this crazy thing about Mio. My husband and I were in Winco looking at Crystal Light, Mio, etc. Some guy asked if we had tried Mio before. So we were telling him our opinions. Then he said that he was hesitant because one of the ingredients is the same as an ingredient in Antifreee: Propylene glycol. Can you believe that!!
Scare me! I haven't used it since. But I am sure if I looked at all the labels of the things I eat I wouldn't need surgery. LOL.

Propylene Glycol is in TONS of things... it would take some real diligence to stop using everything that has it... and no need. Just because something is in a toxic product, doesn't mean IT is toxic. In this case, the person is thinking of Ethylene Glycol - very different. PG is used in many of the injectable drugs that you no doubt received during your surgery... and that was IV :)
