The stall is nothing I didn't already know but damn it I'm frustrated! I thought after my TOM I would start losing again but nope! I know, I know keep doing what I'm doing and it will happen, I will. Thanks for listening to the same complaint over and over again!

Go ahead and complain. It's frustrating!

But in no time, you'll be posting that your stall is over!

[I'm not gaining weight. I keep lowering my goal!] [I LOVE MY SLEEVE!]

*hugs*

It really will pass. I know when you're there, it doesn't feel like it... but it really will.

I too thought TOM would take mine with him. He didn't (just like a man, right?!?)

Vent away, friend. We've all been there, or will be there at some point. I bet you're losing major inches right now!

Highest weight: 277 Starting Weight: 250  Surgery Weight: 241  Current Weight: 130

Exactly as Moonglo says- we've all been there and prayed that the gain or stall was water weight that would leave when TOM did , only to find it didn't happen.  Vent, but stay on plan, it really will pass. And I don't know how its possible, but it seems that even when you don't lose pounds you are still losing inches. Best wishes for a quick-moving , short -lasting stall!!

I went back recently and reread my early posts.  So many of them had to do with those dang stalls.  The good news is that the stall always broke, often right after I posted about it.  I hope yours breaks soon too.  If it helps at all, I eventually reached goal and surpassed my wildest dreams.  Keep at it, it will work.  Went away, we get it, stalls stink.
