Pre-op diet.. am I cheating???
So, I'm allowed to have non-starchy vegetables according to my NUT.
My mind wandered today thinking of the yummies I could make with the vegetables, and I printed out a list of non-starchy veggies.
Spagetti Squash, tomatoes.. you see where I'm getting at here? Yep.. just made homemade marinara and my spagetti squash is roasting. This feels like cheating! LOL

Gurl, I am going to use the sample you gave me last Saturday. This Double Stuft Cookie protein shake betta be all it's cracked up to be!!!

I think it's great that you're already finding ways to work with your prescribed eating plan. This is a skill that'll serve you well after surgery. Great work! I can't wait to follow your progress
