Full liquid diet nausea

I Went to my dr the other day and now I am on a full liquid diet, had some runny mashed potatoes that my dr had on my list, why the nausea?

VSG on 05/31/12

hmmm.. I am on full liquid too but they won't let me have mashed potatoes until I am on pureed/soft. Maybe that is why?
