Today 6 months ago I become the proud owner of Journey Shrinkletta(my sleeve). She has helped me lose 69 lbs(goin from 234 lb to 165 lb) n went from a tight 22W pants & 3XL tops to now a loose 14 pants & large/XL top.

I know the feeling well!!!!!!!!!! My sleeve rocks too. Keep it up, it's about the right food choices and exercise, although now it's what do I do with all this energy. LOL
